Since our candles are handmade decorative items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a solution.

Refund eligibility:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide a photo of the damaged or faulty item and packaging

  • Once approved, you will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement (if available)

Important:

  • Refunds do not include shipping costs

  • Each case is reviewed individually

  • We aim to respond within 48 hours
